Q.

hello mam, im 22 weeks pregnant mujhe iron folic tablets khate hi vomits hore so im taking only calcimax is it ok .. tablets are must to take in pregnancy? please suggest me

A. if you have good iron count then you can take once in 2 days alternate day one day calcium and one day iron but you need to maintain your diet very properly or else secondly you can just go for syrup for both the medication
