Q.

I am 4 months pregnant now. Till now I have not taken any folic and iron tablets. Is compulsory to have ??? My doctor too not so suggested.

A. yes definitely uiu have to tahe iron calcium n folic acid daily ok as theses ate needed fir no both u n the v baby ok. try yo get ot doon
