Q.

Hello Mam, iI had gone through c section delivery in oct 2020 . its been 11 months now canni start gym and workout to reduce my weight. I only do walking till now.Can i do Planks and jumping excercises now .pls suggest

A. Hello Yes you can definitely do all strength training exercises . these exercises will improve the muscle mass & thus help in losing weight . Include protein rich foods in the diet for good muscle recovery
