hello mam , iam 46 yrs old am suffering with osteo arthritis n my weight is 74 my doctor suggested me to weight loss according to height & weight how can I reduce my weight please suggest me diet chart

A. Hi For losing weight, you can 1. include foods like sprouts, egg whites, pulses, curd, vegetables, salads, fruits nuts 2. avoid sugar sweets fried foods, bakery foods, biscuits, chocolate, junk foods 3. Exercise for 45 minutes atleast daily
