hello mam...iam 4 months pregnant mam ..plz let me know which calcium,iron and vitamin medicines to b taken..my hb is 10 %

Ma’am For your haemoglobin you can have iron supplements and you can also have that iron supplement with any kind of juice pomegranate juice is the best want to go for apart from that you can have spinach and beetroot regularly into your diet and for multivitamin and calcium please consult your gynaecologist she would advise you the right medicine for yourself
