Hello mam I m a mother of two kids one is 4years old n second is 14 months old I m a breastfeeding mom ...... not takingmilk n it's products as much ..I have suffering from earlier period problem..kabhi kabhi 4 days pehle aate hai kabhi 8 days pehle hi aajte hai plz help mam ..

No need to worry
Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Offer different varieties of food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potatoes mashed banana etc
Gradually start weaning
It will correct soon
