Hello mam... I had my Bhcg on 1st December which was 3365 and have a scan schedule on 16 dec i had started feeling heavy nausea from 5-6 days but suddenly from yesterday afternoon it had gone is it ok

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Maintain hygiene
