Your body might be low in electrolytes so start taking ORS and coconut water and even chaas can be taken and eat very light to digest foods like khichdi curd rice and take one tablespoon of curd mix one teaspoon isbgol into it and take it twice a day and lemon tea can be taken

Hello this requires a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too and also make sure to keep yourself well hydrated
