AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Head ache is normal in pregnancy. This is normal due to hormonal changes in body. U can have paracetamol if the head ache is severe. This medicine is safe safe to take during pregnancy. Take care
