hello mam, I had an c section delivery last year..Still sometimes I am having some kind of pin itching on my stiched area and also stiches is on my lower abdominal area...and also my tummy sizes is nt reduced still I am looking pregnant lady .. Pls advise me on this to reduce my tummy size.. And I understood I have some tension whenever I feels pain on my stiched area...

A. well on and off littke pain is ok.then no worry.try to eat well.no stress.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
