hello mam. I am a mother of 10 months old girl. pre pregnancy my weight was 48kgs during pregnancy it was 60.now when I checked it's just 44kgs.can u please give me some health tips to increase my weight. sometimes u feel very tired. I m a vegetarian mam. so kindly provide me the vegetarian diet. thanks in advance.

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. breastfeeding Burns a lot of calories. so you need some extra calories to compensate that
