Hi mam, I have one doubt. once we stop breastfeeding to baby. how many days it will take normal to pre-pregnancy. before pregnancy my weight is 53kg. after pregnancy my weight is 69kg.

Even if you could breastfeeding you are not going to lose onto extra fat if you have weight that does not mean it’s only because your breastfeeding you have to go for a proper workout and diet in order to reduce on your weight and get it into a proportionate banner
