hello mam baby 6 month old now use khane me kya de skte h konsi chij avoid krni h till 1 year water ma simple deti hu koi problem to nhi

What are you have to boil and then you have to cool the water that is what you can give because it is advisable to give boiled and cool water to the child from this age till the age of one year other than that you can give all kind of fruits and vegetables as well to the child which is going to be healthy
