hello mam after pregnancy mere hairs bhut hi badly fall ho rhe h 1 year complete hone wala h lekin abhi bhi stop ni ho rha hair falling mujhe kya krna chaiye.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and itvis due to hormonal changes after delivery and please massage your hair with almond oil and kalaunjee oil. and also clean with amla shikakai and reetha. and add one amla in your daily diet in any form. take care
