hello maam.... my baby is 5months 8 days old... I had c section delivery.... when will be I able to continue my exercises???

A. You can start brisk walking if you want immediately. to do any activities that will put pressure on your abdominal like gym or yoga or any abdominal exercises wait until you finish six months completelyWrite Your Answer Here
