Q.

Hello ma'am! my two month old son often gets choked while breastfeeding due to excess milk supply on my breast.. please suggest how to control the milk supply.

A. Whenever you feel that there is excessive milk coming take your index finger and middle finger and make it in the form of scissors and catch the neck of the nipple. Or you can simply remove it and discard the excess milk for sometime and then re-offerWrite Your Answer Here

A. Trybto express some milk before fed always. make sure to feed baby in elevated position. Alos try to Burp well baby in between feeds and alos after the feed. Give tummy time to baby if baby is comfortable. Just try to give warm compress over tummy for instant relief. Just soak a towel in warm water and squeeze water and gently press over tummy.
