am a breastfeeding mom with heavy breast, can I do breast reduction excerise while breastfeeding, does it effect milk supply to my baby?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl5 months agoA. Till the time exclusively breastfeeding the child I would advise you to avoid it you have not mentioned what’s the current age of your child but if you can possibly wait for some more time you should that would rather be more sensible
