#Mamaxpert my periods has started at 5 month after delivery.is it normal??? will it effect breast milk or breastfeeding??

Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi,Generally due to delivery there is more weakness and Nutrition loss in your body. Causing irregular periods. Also brestfeeding has effects on periods.
Periods may start after one and half month
after delivery or not even till one year after delivery. And remains irregular for about 1 year. Have proper sleep with good nutrition.
