See you cannot do anything about it in fact it’s very good that you have such good amount of milk if you try to do anything to reduce it down maybe it will reduce on permanently so don’t do anything but you just prevent leaking it onto your clothes you can start using breast pads when you are wearing your clothes and if your problem is persisting then you can consult a lactation specialist
