hello ma'am c section k baad kitne den tak weight nahi utha sakte or weight Kam karne k leye exercise or gym join Kab se Kar sakte hai ?

A. hi better to avoid lifting atleast 3 months after delivery. and you can start doing any exercises or yoga only after 6 months of delivery. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
