Hello Is it safe to give very small(minimal) amount of ghee while Copking food for 8 months old baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician9 hours agoA. yes you can use it ghee or any normal cooking oil to cook food. you may add ghee from top. give 3 meals n one snack a day n breast feeding on demand
