Hello, Is it required to give baby (6 months old) water? My family member says since it is summer, we should give the water to baby. If yes, what is the quantity of water to be given in a day? My baby has just started solids, its been 1 week.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician8 months agoA. yes you can give water to yiur baby once he complete 6 month of age. offer few tsp pf water couple of times a day, feed boiled and cooled water only
