Hello I want to ask how to prepone periods.. my menses date is 20 July and but I have a wedding in my family on 20aug.. so want help in prepone my periods

A. I would like to suggest if your periods are regular and you have a Healthy lifestyle then you should not disturb your periods If in case you are not having a major role in the marriage If in case very necessary you can consult with your doctor to postpone the period date
