hello.. I've drank chilled water yesterday in rainy climate.. today i have caught cold and throat irritation and mild fever.. what medicine should i have? paracetamol or crocin?

A. if you are having both Fever cold and cough you can take febrex plus tablets 2 to 3 times a day depending on the need and do salt water gargling also
