Hello I'm mother of 2 months old baby few days back there was reddish with small pimples on face then after applying sofidew caloe lotion pimples cleared then white patch is seen in affected area what should I do does it disappear itself

I don’t think so it’s going to go away on its own only but you can wait for a week to 10 days at the start of siding on their own then it is very good and if it does not then you should get a check with the doctor because these kind of products generally tend to leave a white mark on the skin
