Hello I m 17 week pregnant and my hemoglobin is 9.8. is it safe?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Hello dear During this time there will be a slight dip in hemoglobin around the second trimester. As of now you have to take Iron medications on a daily basis and also iron rich diet

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello hb level is low .. do not panic as in some cases the hb level can drop during pregnancy but it should not go too low and you make sure to have iron rich food in the diet and also check out the same with the doctor if additional supplements is needed
