hello I have two kids...one is 4year old n one is 2year old I had my csec in both deliveries I am facing piles problem since 2nd delivery even though I drink lots of water,fibre food... what is the solution?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please keep on having rich fiber diet and intake of water should increase. and also have prune juice on daily basis and also evaluate once with doctor as it is due to hormonal changes after the delivery.
