at beginning give one spoon then after 3-4days give two spoon then after 3-4days give three spoon..
in similar way, give once a day then twice a day then three times a day..
you can give ragi porridge rice porridge wheat porridge dalia sabudana puree boiled mashed fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato banana apple pear sapota banana..
remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
