Q.

Hello, I have a sebaceous cyst on the back which was infected and now ruptured. My baby is 7 months and almost EBF. My dermatologist suggested I should drain the cyst and get some stitches under anaesthesia. Is it okay to do that? Can I still BF?

A. Hello dear parent! Better to check with your doctor. Clarify all your concerns regarding this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
