there is a cyst in ovary, will it cause any infection to the ovary? dr advices to remove the cyst and if ovary found infected they will remove ovary... is it tru

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Large or persistent ovarian cysts, or cysts that are causing symptoms, usually need to be surgically removed. Surgery is also normally recommended if there are concerns that the cyst could be cancerous or could become cancerous.
