Hello, I have a 7 month old baby girl. Can you please tell me how many times should I feed her solid food in a day? And what should be the gap between milk and solid meals?

Well you should start giving proper three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner and schedule wise you can feed so suppose if you’re giving breakfast around nine or 10 in the morning then lunch around one or 1.5 whatever is suitable to you and dinner somewhere around seven or eight however you would want to set a schedule and make your child sleep accordingly
