A. please take lot of water green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

A. hi chances are less please keep your self well hydrated prefer to take green veggies, fresh fruits more avoid Junk food items go for daily walk
