Q.

Hello i delivered baby boy 2 month ago by c section.. Can i eat spicy food as i m breastfeeding. Does spicy food effect breast milk.. Can milk also come spicy..?? I know its stupid question but want to clear my doubts..

A. hi mommy Yes u can ve little spicy but not too much spicy .. as u ve recovered frm CS jus 2months ago .. it ll spoil ur health too n yes it spoils milk too .. baby ll find tough with too much spicy food if u eat

A. aap normal spicy kha skte ho feed krvana hai iska meaning ye nae k ubla hua khao.. excess spicy khane se apki body me acidity level bd jayega jo milk me bhi ayega baby ko acidity ki problem ho skti hai that's y normal spicy kha skte ho

No question is stupid when it is concerning a mother and a child so it is it is very practical question a lot of women have this kind of a question I would say that you can have spicy food but not too much spicy because it is going to affect your system breastfeed your time can also suffer with heartburn in stomach pain and irritation so you should have a normal spices not too much spice
