Hello I am a mom of 3 months old baby.Can I start doing yoga or walking now?

A. hi, you should concentrate on eating healthy food for the first three - four months instead of weight loss. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight.

A. If you had is normal delivery then yes you’re free to do all these exercises but if you had a C-section then you’ll have to wait for your internal and external Stiches to heal completely before you go ahead with any kind of work out
