hello, I am a lactating mother of a 3 month old baby, I am suffering from a cold and fever and it affected my baby as well. please advise

A. dear mom. bettet to avoid vlose contact woth your baby, wash your hands often. as she is too young, good to conslt your babys doctor in person. o k

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inshalation . anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. You can also rub Vicks Vaporub on baby clothes near chest area. Thanks and take care
