Hello I am a first time mom and I see that My baby is showing interest to eat , he's on breastfeeding..is it ok to introduce semi solids to a 3 and half month old baby ? If so which one in the market is the best?

A. Dear ma’am, absolutely NO. For the first six months all your baby needs is only breast milk and that will provide all the nutrients your baby needs and no other food or drink should be given
