My son is 5 months old, he is showing interest in food. What foods can I introduce to him?

A. hello it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and if the bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor
