Q.
Hello, I am 7 week pregnant as per LMP. I am taking 5mg folic acid tablet daily. Also, I have increased my water intake and consumption of fruits. Yesterday, there was mild pain inside uterus and today it was nit okay. I hope, this is one of symtoms in pregnancy. Pls confirm. Also, pls suggest what to eat or not to eat before going for first Ultrasound which ja scheduled today..
