hello I am 1 month old baby mother .my delivery is normal delivery .I m also mother of 4 years old daughter .my vagina plus all below area skin got so dark .pls help me to clear my skin colour.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you see with timr it will ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
