shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello normally after the normal delivery it takes 6 to 8 weeks to recover from it properly but in actual it will take at least 7 to 8 months to get healed properly from inside as well and to get all the energy back like the four so it is very important to take care of yourself have healthy and nutritional diet and do some physical activities once you get revived
