hello I am 1.5 years baby mother and I have backpain can I take painkiller PAMAGIN- SP? I m breastfeeding mom. will it harm my baby?

Some medicines can actually flow down your milk to your child which is why it’s not advisable to be taken if you’re having massive pain you can talk to your doctor your gynaecologist or your physician who would know your situation and accordingly they can suggest your painkiller
