hello good morning, can we feed semi solid food to my baby he was entered in 6 months can you suggest the safe food

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear parent, top food should be introduced to your baby only after completion of 6 months, which is from the beginning of 7th month. until then you should exclusively breastfeed. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
