hello..good afternoon sir/mam.. my baby boy is 4 n half mnths old... can I have tender coconut...while breastfeeding him..

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello yes it is absolutely fine to have tender coconut water and is totally safe and not a problem and it infact as healthy and nutritious benefit and can help a breastfeeding mum and is absolutely safe to be consumed and not a problem and absolutely nothing to worry about
