Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, hair fall problem is very common post pregnancy. As it is due to hormonal imbalances. You should eat right and healthy diet. Also apply oil your hair regularly. And wash with mild shampoo. Keep your hair tied as much as possible.
Drink lots of water. Include protein in your diet
