Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, hair fall is a very common problem among women post pregnancy. You must eat right and healthy diet. Also include fruits and salads in your diet. Drink lots of water.
Oil your hair regularly and wash with mild shampoo twice a week. Keep your hair tied as much as possible.
