hello Dr.Sameer , my son is 1yr 1m old . he often catch cold and stays for a 10 to 15 days . it worries me lot . what to do ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations.
many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections.
it is very very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever before 5 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go away.
get the child vaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is due to weak immune system and you have to develop baby immune system and give baby giloy juice and tulsi drops on daily basis and you will find total differences in baby immune system as per my experience of two babies.
