Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give cheese, curd, paneer, milk , buttermilk etc all dairy products, green leafy vegetables like spinach ,turnips etc , cerelac like corn , raisins you can add in diet, figs and also can add egg if non vegetarian. along with that you can start homeopathic calcium supplement post your doctor's advice
