Hello Dr. Please let me know about Swarna Prashan . it is safe for baby or not. I heard a lot about this. if it is good then what will be dose for my baby. He is going to complete 10 Months now. There are so my brands of Swarna Prashan. what will be the best which one should I purchase. I am very much confuse. Please let me know. Thanks.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. , your baby boy is 9 months old and if you are going to give him a Swarna prashan drops then don’t give it as it is not advisable for any baby

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. it is advisable to give only after completion of one year of age because many times it contains ingredients which can cause toxicity for example it contains honey which has to be given only after completion of one year of age
