Hello Dr., my son's first permanent tooth has come behind the baby tooth. the alignment is also not correct, looks like it is coming in a slanting position. Do I have to consult dr?

A. tooth has fallen 2 days back only..I'm worried about the position

A. hello in this case if the teeth as not yet fallen may have to be removed n is better ti have a check with paediatric dentist n she will be able to guide u accordingly n will be safe
