Q.

if a permanent incisor tooth is halfgrown behind milk tooth then the milk tooth falls out can the permanent tooth shifts to its original position? at the age of 8yrs..

A. No it does not because you have to see that the route the new teeth has taken is altogether different from where the old one was which is why if you did not get it removed or if it breaks after the new teeth coming and permanent has already come it is not going to come in the right place it is going to come behind the milk tea that was previously there
